Description:

• This package offers a furnished one-bedroom studio apartment for a minimum stay of 24 weeks.

• The apartment is suitable for a maximum of two people.

• Please note: Utilities (electricity, gas, water) and services (cleaning) are not included in the base price.

 

Cost:

• Weekly rate: £50.00 / €57.50

• Furnished apartment with:

  • Double bed with mattress

  • Cupboard

  • Sideboard

  • Dining table

  • 2 chairs

  • Kitchen sink

  • Gas burner

  • Gas bottle (refills extra)

  • Mini fridge (works on mains electricity only)

  • Flat screen TV with satellite decoder

  • Ceiling fan (works on mains electricity only)

  • Water heater for hot water (works on mains electricity only)

  • En-suite shower and toilet

  • Mosquito netting on all windows

  • Emergency exit door

Exclusions:

• Utilities (electricity, gas, water) - Paid by the guest (see additional information for details)

• Cleaning service (guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment)

• Cutlery, pottery, or toiletries (guests must bring their own)

• WiFi (not available)

• Air conditioning (available for an extra fee, see additional information for details).

 

Important Notes:

• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

• Maximum occupancy is two people per apartment.

• For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed in the apartment.

• Guests are responsible for paying for utilities (electricity, gas, water) individually.

• Laundry services are available nearby for an extra charge.

• There is a D1,000 fee for replacing a lost key.

• Modifications to the apartment require written consent from Afroco Apartments.

• Guests cannot install generators or emergency power units without written consent.

Extra Charges:​

• • Electricity: Metered, guests pay for what they use.

  • Gas refills: £15.00 per bottle.

  • Emergency backup power (limited hours): £10.00 per week.

  • Car parking (overnight only): £5.00 per week (prepaid).

  • Air conditioning: £5.00 per week (prepaid, mains electricity only).

  • Laundry service (nearby, inquire for rates).

 

Additional Information:

• There is no cleaning service offered, but Afroco Apartments reserves the right to inspect the cleanliness of your room.

 

Paying for Your Stay:

• We only accept cash (USD, GBP, or EUR) - no credit cards.

• Full payment is required upfront, before you check in.

 

Booking in Advance:

• To hold your reservation, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• We cannot offer refunds once you check in.

• If you cancel at least one week before your arrival, you can get up to 50% refund on the full payment made in advance.

• No-shows (guests who don't arrive and fail to inform us of any changes in arrival time/date) will not be refunded.

• Check-in is between 2:00 pm and midnight on your arrival day, unless you make other arrangements in advance.
