Your Private Oasis:

• Self-contained Studio Apartment: Relax and unwind in your own private space, complete with a comfortable bed, a dining table with chairs for two, and a wardrobe for your belongings.

• Kitchenette: Cook up delicious meals in the kitchenette (pots, pans, and utensils not included).

• Weekly Housekeeping: We'll take care of the cleaning with a weekly service that includes sweeping, mopping and a change of linen.

Convenience and Comfort:

• Utilities Included: No need to worry about extra bills - cooking gas, electricity, water, and a water heater for hot showers are all covered in the price.

• Security Personnel On-Site: Feel secure with security personnel present at Afroco Apartments. While we cannot be held responsible for personal belongings, their presence provides peace of mind.

• Entertainment: Kick back and unwind after a day of exploring with free satellite TV channels.

• Mosquito Nets: Sleep soundly throughout the night with mosquito nets on all windows.

 

Tailor Your Stay:​

• Air Conditioning (Optional): Beat the Gambian heat with in-room air conditioning for an additional weekly cost.

• Car Parking (Limited Hours): Secure parking is available for a weekly fee, but with limited hours of operation.

 

Important Information:

• Minimum Stay: This long-term package requires a minimum stay of 12 weeks. The apartment comfortably accommodates a maximum of 2 people.

• Smoking Restrictions: Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.

• Guest Policy: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed in the apartment.

• Internet: Please note that Wifi is not currently available at Afroco Apartments.

• Laundry Services: Convenient laundry services are located nearby, but charged separately.

• Replacement Key Fee: A fee applies for replacing a lost key.

• Payment Methods: We accept cash only (no credit cards) and require full payment upfront before check-in.

• Booking and Cancellation: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Up to 50% of the remaining balance can be refunded if you cancel one week before your arrival date (applicable only to fully paid bookings). We cannot offer refunds for no-shows.
